Terms :

• IAGES ELSA congress registration is mandatory. Course Registration does not include registration for the Main Congress from 13^th - 15^th February, 2026.
• Please check the eligibility criteria in the brochure and on the website www.iages.in before registering.
• Attendance of Live Surgeries + Talks in IAGES ELSA 2026 on 13^th and 14^th February, 2026 is mandatory for all candidates for successful completion of the course. The fellowship result will be announced in the afternoon on the 14^th February, 2026.
• The Online module of all lectures has to be successfully completed before February 11, 2026 in order to be eligible for the onsite module, examination & viva for the final issuance of Degree Certificate.
• The Convocation ceremony will be held for successful candidates at the congress venue on 15^th February, 2026 morning.
• IAGES life membership is mandatory for Indian candidates. Please apply through https://membership.iages.in/register
• International candidates are required to submit a copy of their surgery degree & national association membership certificate.
• Surgeons without Indian passports and OCI will need visa to visit India. Please contact the event team on info@iages2026.com for the visa invitation letter.
• International trainees can additionally opt to shadow a surgeon (at no additional cost) in a centre of excellence in GI Endoscopy, general laparoscopy, oncology, hernia, bariatrics or robotics, for 3–4 days from 16^th February, 2026. Please send an email for your area of specialisation to info@iages2026.com.
• The decision of the organising team & the respective fellowship board will be final & binding after considering the suitability & seat availability.
• Viva for all candidates (Exam + non-exam categories) will be held on February 12^th, 2026.
