Combo course registration includes registration for the Main Congress from 13^th - 15^th February, 2026, Convocation participation on 15^th February and the selected course. No separate congress registration is required. Combo registration includes lunches on all 4 days (12/02/26–15/02/26) and dinners on 13^th & 14^th February 2026.
Last day of registration is 31st January, 2026. No spot registrations.

International candidates are required to submit a copy of their surgery degree & respective national association membership certificate.
All fellowship courses are hybrid: comprising a self-paced Online lecture module, followed by an onsite module as specified. The link for online modules will be provided to registered participants by 1^st January, 2026.
The Online module of all lectures must be completed before February 11, 2026 to be eligible for the onsite module & examination.
Viva for all candidates (Exam + Non-exam categories) will be held on February 12, 2026.
Attendance of Live Surgeries + Talks in IAGES ELSA 2026 on 13^th and 14^th February, 2026 is mandatory for successful course completion. Fellowship results will be announced on 14^th February afternoon.
The Convocation ceremony will be held for successful candidates at the congress venue on the morning of 15^th February, 2026.
International trainees can optionally shadow a surgeon (at no additional cost) in a centre of excellence for 3–4 days from 16th February, 2026. Email your specialization to info@iages2026.com.
Surgeons without Indian passports and OCI will need a visa to enter India. Contact info@iages2026.com for a visa invitation letter.
The decision of the organising team & the respective fellowship board will be final and binding based on suitability & experience.
